On Monday afternoon about 200 protestors gathered at the City-County Building in downtown Pittsburgh demanding Gov. Wolf reopen businesses amid the coronavirus pandemic. Protestors were holding signs, carrying flags, and honking car horns on Grant Street. A small group of about 20 armed protestors also showed up for the rally.

The event on the same day that Gov. Tom Wolf laid out his gradual plan to reopen the commonwealth by May 8.

The Pittsburgh Current will have more on this issue in our newest digital edition tomorrow, Tuesday, April 21.
