For the second year in a row the Steelers are not in the playoffs.

Week 17 meant the Steelers would travel to Baltimore for the last game of the regular season. Most of the game was pouring down rain, leading to a low pass and high run game. Pittsburgh still lacked an offense relying on third string quarterback Devlin “Duck” Hodges. The Steelers could only put up 10 points against the highly ranked Baltimore defense with a touchdown from Benny Snell Jr and a field goal.

The Steelers ended the season 8-8 and will have to wait until next season for a chance at playoffs.

Later this week we will break down the Steelers season and do an in-depth look at what went wrong.
